NOOR AZWA BINTI ISMAIL
Ms. Noor Azwa obtained her Bachelors Degree in Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the year 2000. She then read in the Chambers of Mr. Wee Tiew Toon of Messrs Kamarudin, Wee & Co. where she received training in handling various field of law. She was called to the Bar on the 2nd March 2001.
She then joined Messrs Nazri & Nazri in the conveyancing department. She then moved in to Messrs B.C. The & Yeoh wherein she continued gaining experience in conveyancing matters primarily dealing with security documentation for various banks and financial institutions. She then proceeded to join Messrs Zamani Mohammad & Co. in their conveyancing department, gaining more extensive experience in legal documentations for various financial institutions in respect of housing & commercial loan and legal documentations for developers in housing and commercial projects. After being with Messrs Zamani Mohammad & Co for over three years, she then joined Messrs. Rajan Navaratham in 2006 where she led the conveyancing Department in the said firm. Due to her high value, she was recalled back to rejoin Messrs Zamani Mohammad & Co. and later joined Messrs. Aishah Kama & Sabri in March 2008.
She has vast experience in conveyancing work in which her practice has focused primarily on matters pertaining to loan agreements ( both Islamic as well as Conventional) and Sale & Purchase agreements. Having such extensive experience in conveyancing practice, she has represented many corporate clients and financial institutions and has a very good network with the officers in the Land Offices, Stamp Offices & Operation & Processing personnel in the financial institutions throughout the Klang Valley.
In March 2018, Noor Azwa founded Messrs Azwa & Co.

HANNA AMEERA BINTI MOHD ROSNI
Ms. Hanna Ameera Binti Mohd Rosni graduated from the University of Technology Mara, Malaysia with LL.B (Hons.) in 2015. She read in the chambers of Messrs. Mohd Amin & Chin, Damansara Utama. She was called to the Bar and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th day of August, 2016.
She was retained at Messrs. Mohd Amin & Chin as a Legal Assistant in September, 2016 attending to conveyancing matters involving housing development projects by local developer’s companies including advising and acting on behalf of clients in submission of applications to the relevant authorities for regulatory and compliance of land/real estate matters. She then joined Messrs. Ting Asiah & Co, Kota Damansara as a Legal Assistant in July, 2018 and assisted the partners of the firm in handling conveyancing and banking matters.
She then went on to join Messrs. Shamsuddin & Co, Kota Damansara, in July, 2019 as a legal assistant for a year prior to joining Messrs. Azwa & Co. While working as a legal assistant, she handled property conveyancing and banking, developer’s project, drafting and advising on sale and purchase documentation, tenancy agreements and security documentation.
She was made a Partner in Messrs. Azwa & Co. in February, 2021 and is currently handling conveyancing and banking matters.
